Our Vision
Hibernian Development was created in 1998 by two of Chicago’s most seasoned home builders. Their goal was to develop one-of-a-kind luxury homes with a special focus on quality and customer service.
Hibernian’s modern, spacious homes are based on decades of experience working in Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast, Lakeview, Bucktown and elsewhere in the city. Each is smartly designed to fit its neighborhood aesthetic, make best use of the lot, and optimize sunlight while retaining mature trees. Energy efficiency, high-end amenities, and meticulous attention to detail are a given in every Hibernian home.
And while we’ve won numerous design awards, nothing makes us happier than making a client’s dream home a reality.
